The fee for the Legal Consultation is payable by credit/debit card before you can secure your date and time. If you decide to retain Rippy, Stepps & Associates for your legal needs within fourteen (14) business days of your consultation date, we will credit this fee back to you.

During this call, we will get to know each other and determine the best course of action for you. We will discuss your family/business, legal needs, the general process, timeline, and next steps. We will also answer any questions you might have and provide an accurate quote for the legal services you require.

However, while we will touch on your specific legal needs and recommend a course of action, we will not be able to provide in-depth legal advice at this time. This is partly due to time constraints and primarily because legal ethics rules prohibit us from doing so until you formally retain us as your attorneys.

Absolutely not. Additionally, if we, in good faith and at our sole discretion, believe that our representation of you would be unlawful, unethical, or otherwise unproductive, we can also decline to proceed with your representation after the Legal Consultation.

All your documents and information are kept secure and are only disclosed to our team on a "need-to-know" basis. If you do not end up a client of Rippy, Stepps & Associates, your documents will be digitally stored or deleted in accordance with our internal document retention policies and the attorney document retention laws of the state of Arkansas.
