If you have any issues, please give us a call (501) 697-4279 or email us here.

Please select the option that best describes your needs.

All meetings are held via phone or Zoom.

Discovery Call

The discovery call is mostly used for case evaluation purposes, to discuss whether our firm can represent you, and what the representation could involve in terms of process, timeline, and costs. We will not be able to provide you with in-depth legal advice at this time. It is designed for matter evaluation and informational purposes only.

The discovery call is free.

Legal Consultation

The Legal Consultation is a more in-depth meeting. It allows us to thoroughly discuss your legal needs, provide an accurate quote for services, and outline a potential plan of action. While we can provide more detailed insights, we still cannot offer in-depth legal advice until you formally retain us as your attorneys.

The fee is $350, which is credited to your account if you retain us for your legal needs within 14 days.

Medicaid Legal Consultation

Schedule a Medicaid Legal Consultation if you need guidance on Medicaid eligibility, have concerns about asset and income limits, and wish to explore options for preserving assets for your heirs. We will conduct a comprehensive review of your financial situation, eligibility requirements, and legal strategies for asset protection and Medicaid planning.

The fee is $1,000, which is credited to your account if you retain us for your legal needs within 14 days.

Urgent Legal Consultation

Schedule an Urgent Legal Consultation if you have a legal matter that requires immediate attention, such as impending deadlines, emergency situations, or issues with significant and immediate impacts on your business or personal affairs.

The fee is $1,000, which is credited to your account if you retain us for your legal needs within 14 days.

Discovery Call FAQs

How do I schedule my Discovery Call?

You can conveniently book your own appointment online or call our office at (501) 697-4279. Our Discovery Calls are held virtually via Zoom or, if you prefer, we can arrange a phone call.

How much does the Discovery Call cost?

There is no fee for the Discovery Call.

What will we be discussing during the Discovery Call?

During this call, we will get to know each other and determine the best course of action for you. During your Discovery Call, we will identify general issues and discuss the options you may have. We will discuss your family/business needs, the general process, timeline, and next steps. We will also answer any general questions you might have and provide an accurate quote for the legal services you require.

However, while we may touch on your specific legal needs and recommend a course of action, we will not be able to provide in-depth legal advice at this time. This is partly due to time constraints and primarily because legal ethics rules prohibit us from doing so until you formally retain us as your attorneys.

Am I obligated to go forward after my Discovery Call?

Absolutely not. Additionally, if we, in good faith and at our sole discretion, believe that our representation of you would be unlawful, unethical, or otherwise unproductive, we can also decline to proceed with your representation after the Discovery Call.

What happens to my documents and information?

All your documents and information are kept secure and are only disclosed to our team on a "need-to-know" basis. If you do not end up a client of Rippy, Stepps & Associates, your documents will be digitally stored or deleted in accordance with our internal document retention policies and the attorney document retention laws of the state of Arkansas.
